User Registration and Service Agreement
Welcome to the Greencharge+ app and web platform (collectively, "the Platform")!
This User Registration and Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you (or "User") and GREEN CITY BOXES ROBOTS & SMART MACHINES RENTAL L.L.C (together with other entities involved in operating any website or application, hereinafter referred to as "Greencharge+" or "We") regarding the Platform services (as defined below).
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND IN FULL BEFORE USING THE PLATFORM SERVICES.
*(If you are under 16 years old, or between 16 and 18 years old without a primary income from your own labor, please read this Agreement accompanied by your legal guardian.)*
Pay special attention to clauses limiting or exempting our liability, restricting user rights, governing law, and dispute resolution (including jurisdiction clauses), as well as other key terms highlighted in bold, *underline*, or similar formatting.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU HAVE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO REFRAIN FROM USING THE PLATFORM SERVICES (though you may still browse certain Platform information). Your act of registering via the Platform, authorizing third-party account login, and/or using the Platform services constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement.

Article 1: General Provisions
1.1 Scope: To comprehensively define rights and obligations between you and the Platform, this Agreement includes our updated business rules (e.g., Greencharge+ power bank rental/return rules, pricing, coupon usage, deposit rules, advertising policies), Privacy Policy, intellectual property infringement procedures, and minor usage rules ("Platform Rules").
1.2 Services: We provide Platform services through evolving interfaces. Specific services are subject to real-time updates.
1.3 Amendments: We may modify this Agreement per legal/regulatory changes or operational needs. Updated terms take effect upon Platform publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
1.4 License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, royalty-free (unless stated otherwise), non-commercial license to use the Platform.
1.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions: If your jurisdiction invalidates any part of this Agreement, cease using the services immediately. Continued use implies acceptance of legal risks.
1.6 Severability: If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains binding.
Article 2: Software Access and Use
2.1 License: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to access the Platform solely for using our services.
2.2 Access: Access the Platform by scanning QR codes on Greencharge+ devices. Unauthorized third-party software may cause malfunctions; we bear no liability.
2.3 Updates: We may update or modify the Platform for security, user experience, or service enhancement.
Article 3: User Account Rules
3.1 Accuracy: Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information. Inaccurate data may restrict service access or functionality. You bear liability for losses arising from misinformation.
3.2 Service Eligibility: We reserve the right to deny service based on information authenticity, accuracy, or completeness. Update changes promptly.
3.3 Account Ownership: Platform-issued accounts are owned by us; you hold a usage right during this Agreement’s validity. Third-party accounts are governed by their respective platforms. Do not transfer, sell, or share accounts.
3.4 Linked Accounts: Accounts bound to the same phone number, payment account, or ID may be deemed linked. We may merge or deactivate such accounts and transfer assets.
3.5 Compliance Data: To meet anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, you must provide name, nationality, email, address, phone, ID details, and payment account information. We retain this data per law to provide services.
3.6 Phone Verification: Use only your own registered phone number. Non-verified numbers may be unlinked.
3.7 Cross-Platform Use: Your account may work across our affiliates or partners’ platforms. Additional terms may apply.
3.8 Service Upgrades: Enhanced services may require supplementary information.
3.9 Security: Safeguard your login credentials. All activities under your account are deemed your actions.
Article 4: Platform Services
4.1 Greencharge+ Devices: Consist of smart charging stations and power banks. Rent/return via the Platform.
4.2 Services Include: Power bank rental/return, deposit handling, order tracking, coupons, customer service, and partnership inquiries. You must verify rental terms before use.
4.3 Rental & Return:
- 4.3.1 Scan QR codes on devices to rent.
- 4.3.2 Locate nearby devices via Platform maps (*third-party service; accuracy not guaranteed*).
- 4.3.3 Return to designated slots per instructions. Incorrect returns incur liability.
- 4.3.4 Rental fees ("Rent") are set by device operators and displayed on the Platform. Payment is due upon return.
- 4.3.5 Fees vary by operator/location and may change. Review fees before each rental.
- 4.3.6 Rent stops only upon correct return. Report issues per Section 4.7.
4.4 Deposit & Authorization:
- 4.4.1 Pre-authorization is required.
- 4.4.2 Review fees after authorization confirmation.
- 4.4.3 Lost/damaged power banks incur maximum fees covering cost + service.
- 4.4.4 Track transactions via the Platform.
4.5 Order Details: Review real-time/historical orders. Report discrepancies promptly (Section 4.7).
4.6 Coupons:
- 4.6.1 View coupons issued by operators.
- 4.6.2 Coupons offset Rent; non-refundable/non-withdrawable.
- 4.6.3 Expired coupons are forfeited.
4.7 Support & Claims:
- 4.7.1 Consult FAQs or contact online support with details/images.
- 4.7.2 Report lost items/billing errors via Platform.
- 4.7.3 Refunds (if applicable) capped at the original payment.
4.8 Partnership:
- 4.8.1 "Partnership" entails purchasing devices as an agent under separate agreements.
- 4.8.2 Submit contact details for partnership inquiries.
- 4.8.3 *Investment carries risks. We are not liable for your partnership decisions. *
4.9 Fees: Certain services (e.g., withdrawals) may incur fees disclosed beforehand.
4.10 Ads: We may display ads (commercial/non-commercial). Exercise judgment: we are not liable for third-party ads.
4.11 Third-Party Services: Additional services may involve third parties; we bear no liability.
4.12 Service Changes: We may modify/discontinue services at our discretion.
4.13 Disputes: We provide a complaint mechanism and may mediate disputes per our rules.
Article 5: Service Standards
5.1 Provide accurate registration data. Updates may pause service.
5.2 Comply with laws. We are not liable for accidents unless caused by device defects.
5.3 Stop using power banks in high-temperature/fire-risk environments.
5.4 Resolve third-party disputes independently; compensate us for losses incurred.
5.5 Use/store power banks at 15°C–40°C (usage), 15°C–60°C (storage), 35%–75% humidity. You are liable for improper use/storage.
5.6 Handle devices with care. You bear loss/theft/damage costs.
5.7 Report malfunctioning devices immediately.
5.8 Do not misuse, damage, deface, or disassemble devices.
Article 6: User Conduct
6.1 Use services reasonably per this Agreement and Platform Rules.
6.2 Prohibited:
- Unauthorized/platform misuse.
- Posting illegal/harmful content.
- Infringing others’ rights.
- Modifying/reverse-engineering Platform.
- Cheating/exploiting vulnerabilities;
- Violating laws/public order.
6.3 Content Restrictions: Do not create/publish content that is:
- Illegal.
- Terrorist/extremist.
- Discriminatory.
- False/rumor-based.
- Pornographic/violent.
- Harmful to minors.
6.4 Information Use: Do not commercially exploit Platform content without permission.
Article 7: Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 We prioritize your privacy and collect only necessary data.
7.2 Security: We implement measures to protect your data.
7.3 Use/Disclosure: We use/store/share data per laws and our Privacy Policy.
7.4 Cookies: We use cookies for analytics (de-identified data). Manage settings via browser/device.

Article 8: Notifications/Ads
8.1 We/third parties may send ads per laws. Opt-out via Platform settings.
Article 9: Intellectual Property
9.1 We/affiliates own Platform IP rights.
9.2 You retain IP rights to your uploaded content but grant us usage rights.
9.3 Processed data derivatives belong to us.
9.4 Reporting: Report violations to us.
9.5 Enforcement: We may act against IP infringements.
Article 10: Disclaimer
10.1 We do not guarantee third-party content accuracy. Browse at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect losses.
10.2 Exemptions: We are not liable for interruptions due to:
- Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters);
- Viruses/hacks/technical failures.
Article 11: Breach
11.1 Violations may lead to warnings, account suspension, termination, or claims.
11.2 Compensate us for losses; we may freeze Platform assets.
11.3 post-termination, we may retain data per law and enforce prior breaches.
Article 12: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first undergo mandatory mediation within thirty (30) calendar days. If unresolved:
(a) For commercial claims > AED 100,000: Binding arbitration by [Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC)];
(b) For consumer complaints: Specialized Consumer Disputes Committee of the relevant Emirate’s Department of Economic Development.
Article 13: Minor Usage
13.1 Users under 18 must be guided by guardians.
13.2 Minors should:
- Avoid online addiction.
- Protect personal data.
- Learn internet safety.
- Avoid unsafe meetings.
13.3 Guardians/schools should educate minors on safe usage.
13.4 Adults lacking capacity are subject to these terms.
