Refund policy

Once the payment is made, the customer will receive a payment confirmation notice via email within 24 hours of receipt. The confirmation will include transaction details, order reference, and contact information for customer support.

  • Refunds are processed in cases where the product or service is not provided as described or is unavailable.

  • Refund requests must be submitted to our customer support team with valid proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

  • Shipping & handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt.

  • Products can only be returned if the delivery packaging has not been opened, or if the products are damaged or the wrong product was delivered.

  • Returned items must be sealed, untampered, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers must notify us before shipping returns and send items back via a registered courier service.

  • If all conditions are met, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returned shipments if products have been used or tampered with.

  • Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Customers can cancel their order or requested service within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on your bank’s processing timeline.

  • Orders/services that have already been processed or delivered cannot be cancelled.
